When we loose a loved one, we don’t only loose the person but also everything that the loved one did in our lives.
I had this thought that when I lost Paul, I didn’t only loose the man I loved and who was my soul mate but also his humour and the conversations we constantly had.
Paul was an extremely gifted handyman who would fix almost anything. We as a family have now lost that skill.
Paul was also a very good decision maker and would offer his opinion on any issue that we would ask of him. Example when buying a second hand car.
So when we do loose someone, we loose everything. It’s a finality.
